Deel, the global payroll and HR platform, seeks a Director of Policy, EMEA to lead policy and government affairs across Europe, the UK, and key markets. The role focuses on employment innovation, AI, immigration, and financial services, collaborating with Legal, Compliance, Marketing, Sales, and Product teams.

You will build relationships with policymakers, influence regulatory development, and spot strategic partnerships while traveling across Brussels, London, and other capitals.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in public policy, government affairs, or regulatory strategy.

Responsabilités

• Lead policy and government affairs strategy across EMEA (EU, UK, member states).
• Build relationships with policymakers and government officials at EU, UK, and member state levels.
• Draft consultation responses, position papers, and policy briefs for EU, UK, and member state processes.
• Monitor regulatory developments across EMEA and propose mitigation strategies.
• Identify and pursue strategic partnerships with government stakeholders across EMEA.
