Qualcomm Europe, Inc. Belgium Branch Office is seeking a high-performing Government Affairs and Technology Policy professional to advance strategic priorities across Europe.

You will work at the intersection of technology, business and public policy to translate priorities into external engagement strategies. The role requires strong commercial and technical acumen, deep knowledge of the European policy landscape, and the ability to build trusted relationships with policymakers, industry

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Government Affairs, Business, Political Science, Public Policy, Public Affairs, Engineering, Legal or related field.
• 5+ years of Government Affairs, Communications, Industry Associations, or related work experience.
• References to a number of years experience are indicative; equivalent experience will be considered.

Responsabilités

• Support the development and execution of Qualcomm's public policy and advocacy strategies across Europe.
• Serve as a bridge between Qualcomm's business units, engineering teams and external stakeholders.
• Analyze and communicate the impact of policy and regulatory developments on Qualcomm's technologies, products and priorities.
• Represent Qualcomm in industry associations, alliances, industry forums and external engagements.
• Build and maintain strategic relationships with policymakers, regulators, industry leaders, customers and ecosystem partners.
• Develop policy positions, executive briefings and stakeholder engagement plans.
• Enhance Qualcomm's visibility and thought leadership on semiconductors, AI, connectivity and emerging technologies.
