UNDP Brussels Representation Office is seeking a dedicated intern to support the Partnerships team in Africa-focused work. You will help manage EU partnership pipelines, prepare background notes, and assist with verification and mission logistics.

This internship offers exposure to policy advocacy, donor coordination, and knowledge management, with mentorship from senior staff and opportunities to learn about UNDP's values and sustainable development initiatives.

Qualifications

• Education: enrolled in final year or recent graduate in related field.
• Experience: proficient with MS Office and analytical tasks.
• Languages: fluent in English and French (written and spoken).

Responsabilités

• Support EU-funded partnership pipeline tracking and status updates.
• Provide documentation for project verification and audit exercises.
• Assist in organizing missions and meetings with RBA and partners.
• Update briefing materials and ensure UNDP branding consistency.
• Support knowledge management and monitoring of Africa-related updates.
