Syensqo seeks an EU Industrial Compounding Technology Leader to bridge technology, manufacturing, and innovation, ensuring extrusion and compounding operations run safely, reliably and efficiently while enabling growth. You will partner with plant teams, maintenance, suppliers, and R&I to solve real-world manufacturing challenges and bring capabilities from concept to production.

Formación

• B.S. or graduate degree in Chemical Engineering or Mechanical Engineering.
• 3-7 years of experience in extrusion or related manufacturing/engineering roles.
• Willingness to travel for training and projects to regional facilities.
• Strong safety and environmental orientation.
• Familiarity with specialty polymers is a plus but not required.
• Familiarity with PSM and OSHA 1910 standards required.
• Competencies: CAD, SAP/PM, PIMS and SCADA systems.
• Ability to wear PPE (FRC, steel-toe, hard hat, ear plugs, safety glasses).

Responsabilidades

• Bridge technology, manufacturing, and innovation to run extrusion/compounding safely, reliably, and efficiently.
• Drive safety, sustainability, and process improvements; scale new products from R&D to production.
• Lead capital and reliability projects and leverage data to drive operational excellence.
• Collaborate with plant teams, maintenance, suppliers, and R&I to solve real-world challenges.
