Wise, a global technology company, is seeking an Internal Audit Manager (FinCrime) for its Brussels-based EU IA team. You will lead financial crime internal audits, plan and supervise activities, and drive governance improvements using data-driven techniques.

The role focuses on development and delivery of audit engagements in a fast-paced environment, with emphasis on regulatory knowledge, testing, and cross-functional collaboration across Wise's international offices.

Qualifications

• Relevant experience in assurance, risk or control roles.
• Led audits or projects including testing of controls.
• Professional qualifications: CAMS, CFE, ICA Certification/Diploma or CIA.
• Experience testing financial crime controls in regulated environments.

Responsabilités

• Plan, assign and supervise internal audit activities.
• Complete testing and issue validation of control improvements.
• Deliver audits per plan with timely and relevant outcomes.
• Develop and maintain strong stakeholder relationships.
