Job summary

DIGITALEUROPE is seeking an Associate Director / Senior Manager for Cybersecurity to lead one of the association's key policy areas in Brussels. You will shape EU policy positions, drive consensus among members, and manage engagement strategies with policymakers and industry partners.

You will work closely with policy, outreach and communications teams, represent DIGITALEUROPE at external forums, and contribute to campaigns to achieve the organization’s manifesto goals in a fast-moving digital

Qualifications

• 5-8 years of experience in EU public affairs for a trade association, corporation, consultancy or government.
• Experience in association or Working Group management is a plus.
• Good understanding of the cybersecurity legislative framework and ecosystem in the EU.
• Excellent writing and presentation skills; proficiency in English is mandatory.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; ability to synthesize legislative/regulatory documents.
• Ability to plan ahead, design and deliver complex projects over a long execution phase.
• Background in business management, law or political science; advanced degrees are a strong asset.
• Demonstrated ability to leverage AI and digital productivity tools responsibly.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Working Group on Cybersecurity and drive consensus within the membership.
• Design and execute engagement strategies with policymakers and industry partners.
• Represent DIGITALEUROPE in external stakeholder forums and meetings.
• Drive communication activities to meet Manifesto goals with the Communications team.
