Lenovo seeks a Brussels-based Public Affairs leader to manage engagement with EU institutions, focusing on cybersecurity, public procurement and digital policy. Qualifications

• University degree in public relations, communications, political science, public affairs, law, business, economics, European studies, or international relations.
• At least 8 years of professional experience in EU public affairs, government relations or regulatory advocacy.
• Established professional network within Brussels' EU policy community and relevant EU institutions.
• Excellent judgement, persuasive communication and advocacy skills, creativity and teamwork.

Responsabilités

• Engage with EU institutions and policymakers on Lenovo’s policy priorities, including cybersecurity and public procurement.
• Develop policy positions, position papers and amendments in collaboration with business units and legal teams.
• Build and maintain relationships with key EU stakeholders, including the European Commission, European Parliament and Council of the EU.
• Monitor EU legislative developments, identify regulatory risks and opportunities, and provide regulatory intelligence.
• Represent Lenovo in industry associations and support advocacy activities and coordination with the Government Relations team.
