Job summary

TechOhana Ltd is assisting a Belgian organisation to appoint an ERP Consultant for a multi-year Dynamics 365 implementation focused on Finance & Supply Chain Management. The role sits at the centre of the ERP initiative, with a project team of 10+ and an IT department of 50+.

You will translate business processes into ERP solutions and drive process optimisation alongside PMs and external partners. You will contribute to the initial focus on billing and payroll, and will plan, report on ERP

Qualifications

• Experience configuring, implementing or supporting Dynamics 365 F&O or Dynamics AX, or equivalent depth on another major ERP
• A working understanding of finance, supply chain, production, planning and/or purchasing processes
• Fluent Dutch
• A bachelor's degree in IT or a related field

Responsibilities

• Support, optimise and develop the Dynamics 365 Finance & Supply Chain Management environment.
• Translate business processes into workable ERP solutions, coordinate with the PM, business process owners and external partners.
• Contribute to the process optimisation and change management workstreams running in parallel.
• Billing and payroll processes are early priorities; day‑to‑day planning and reporting on ERP projects, resolving complex incidents, writing procedures and training material for end users, etc.

TechOhana have partnered with a highly esteemed Belgian organisation to appoint an ERP Consultant.

The organisation begins a three-year Dynamics 365 implementation early 2027, moving from AX2012 and a range of custom-built legacy applications. The first phase covers administration and finance, followed by the industrial and operational side of the business. They are building internal ERP ownership for the long term, and this role sits at the centre of it.

You'll be working in a project team of 10+ people and the IT team consists of 50+ people. Process optimisation will be running alongside of the implementation.

The role:

As a consultant you will support, optimise and develop the Dynamics 365 Finance & Supply Chain Management environment. You will translate business processes into workable ERP solutions, coordinate with the PM, business process owners and external partners, and contribute to the process optimisation and change management workstreams running in parallel.

Billing and payroll processes are early priorities. Day to day, that includes planning and reporting on ERP projects, resolving complex incidents, writing procedures and training material for end users, etc.

What you'll bring:
