Next Ventures seeks a Procurement Product Owner/Lead with 5+ years ERP experience to own the vision and value delivery for our sourcing and procurement technology. You will partner with procurement and finance teams, translate strategic needs into a prioritized backlog, define KPIs, and lead agile delivery across delivery teams while spending approximately one week per month onsite.

This role requires strong stakeholder management in a multi-cultural environment and the ability to drive

Qualifications

Bachelor’s or Master Degree preferred in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Information Technology, or related fields.
Experience as a Product Owner/Business Analyst focusing on procurement tech solutions. 5+ Years
Experience with financial systems such as Oracle ERP. 5+ Years
Proven backlog ownership and Agile delivery with development teams. 3+ Years

Responsabilités

Define and champion a clear vision for the sourcing/procurement product.
Own and prioritize a unified product backlog to maximize value for procurement.
Ensure end-to-end UX across procurement processes and integrated solutions.
Define and monitor KPIs for financial planning and analysis outcomes.
Lead backlog refinement, sprint planning, and product reviews with cross-functional teams.
