Next Ventures is seeking a Finance & Controlling Product Owner to lead ERP initiatives across budgeting, forecasting, reporting and accounting processes. The role combines business partnership with delivery teams to maximise value and ensure cohesive user experiences in Finance systems.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in Finance ERP roles, strong knowledge of Oracle ERP / Fusion Cloud, and proven backlog ownership in an Agile environment.

Qualifikationen

• 5+ years in ERP-focused Finance/Controlling roles.
• Experience translating business needs into product backlogs and user stories.
• Proven ability to deliver value in Agile delivery models.

• Partner with Finance/Controlling/FP&A to define product vision.
• Own and prioritise a unified product backlog for finance systems.
• Lead backlog refinement, sprint planning and reviews with delivery teams.
• Develop clear user stories, features and acceptance criteria.
• Collaborate with Finance SMEs, architects and teams to drive improvements.
• Align financial systems with corporate strategy and regulatory requirements.
