Our team of 40 people works in Brussels, Antwerp, and Luxembourg.

Position: Full‑time, Permanent contract, located in Antwerp.

Function

• Understand in depth the customer's needs and activities to advise them on the most optimal solution.
• Drive and challenge business requirements gathering sessions.
• Act as a liaison between business and development teams to transform requirements into Odoo working features.
• Implement the client's needs in the Odoo solution before configuring it.
• Take ownership of the scope, planning and delivery of projects or project streams.
• Act as a main point of contact for clients and lead project follow-ups.
• Coordinate and support team members involved in your projects.
• Deliver demos, trainings and support end users in adopting the solution.
• Contribute to the daily development of Squareflow.

Profile

• 5 years of experience working with an ERP in a business consulting context, or 3 years of experience with Odoo in a consulting or implementation context.
• Bachelor or master degree in Business, Engineering, Economics, Management, IT or a related field.
• Good understanding of business processes and ERP implementation.
• Strong analytical and structural thinking.
• Ability to work autonomously but also in team with a “Can Do attitude”.
• Creatively and pragmatic in a problem‑solving environment.
• Fast learner with a specific interest in Digital.
• Excellent communication skills (written and oral).
• Good working knowledge of Dutch & English – French is a plus.
