Job summary

Applisquare seeks an hands-on ERP Manager for its international manufacturing group. The role focuses on rolling out ERP in Asia, optimising processes, and integrating ERP with the WMS, while coordinating external consultants and an ERP Analyst in Germany.

You will translate business requirements into ERP solutions, document processes, and actively contribute to a future-proof ERP environment. Close collaboration with IT leadership and senior management is expected.

Qualifications

• Experience with ERP systems and digitalisation initiatives.
• Strong SQL knowledge for data analysis and configuration.
• Proven track record in managing ERP projects and cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Roll out current ERP system in Asia.
• Optimize ERP processes and functionalities.
• Integrate ERP and WMS systems.
• Support ERP system selection and vendor evaluation.
• Collaborate with ERP Analyst in Germany and report to IT Manager.
• Lead hands-on ERP work while coordinating external consultants.
• Manage ERP projects from A to Z: analyze, design, configure, document, monitor progress.
• Ensure proper integration with other systems, including WMS.
• Oversee project scope and budget with external partners.
• Provide user documentation and training sessions.
• Advise senior management on IT investments and new technologies.
