Adecco Portugal is seeking a Business Process Analyst to drive the implementation and rollout of a new ERP and other systems for our customer services across Europe. You will analyze existing processes, define best practices, and support maintenance of the ERP and other systems.

You will collaborate with the European team, map requirements to SharePoint, document process flows, identify risks, and drive improvements.

Formación

• Several years of experience in business process analysis and optimization.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to critically question processes.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Accuracy and care in the analysis and documentation of processes.
• Language skills in English mandatory.

Responsabilidades

• Investigating and analyzing current business processes, procedures and requirements and mapping them to SharePoint.
• Documenting visualization of process and procedure flows.
• Identification and assessment of risks in business processes and development of mitigation strategies.
• Re-engineering and optimization of business processes and shaping new process policies.
• Proposing smarter process management solutions for performance improvement and cost reduction.
• Illustrating project descriptions, objectives, and measurements.
• Collaboration with stakeholders to identify potential improvements.
• Participate in incremental agile software development for product management.
• Support to evaluate and test administrative system changes and implement new applications.
• Staying updated with new software features and industry trends.
