The role involves mapping processes to SharePoint, documenting process flows, and collaborating with stakeholders to drive improvements across the organization. Candidates should have strong analytical skills, BPM expertise, and English language proficiency.

Qualifications

• Several years of experience in business process analysis and optimization.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Mandatory English language proficiency.
• Expertise in BPM, BPM tools, and SharePoint for mapping requirements and managing workflows.

Responsibilities

• Implement and introduce a new ERP and other systems for customer services.
• Analyze existing processes and define best practices for rollout and maintenance of ERP and other systems.
• Map current processes to SharePoint and document process flows.
• Identify risks in processes and devise mitigation strategies.
