Job summary

g2 Recruitment seeks a Freelance Functional Consultant to support a major ERP transformation in Genk. The project spans requirements, process mapping, ERP platform selection, and implementation in a hybrid, 12‑month engagement.

You will bring broad ERP/functional consulting experience across Finance, Supply Chain, Procurement, Manufacturing or Logistics, with Dutch fluency and strong stakeholder management across Business and IT.

Qualifications

• Broad ERP / Functional Consulting experience.
• Experience across Finance, Supply Chain, Procurement, Manufacturing or Logistics.
• ERP selection and/or implementation experience.
• Dutch language fluency required.

Responsibilities

• Lead from requirements gathering through to ERP selection and implementation.
• Map business processes and define functional specifications.
• Coordinate with Business and IT stakeholders for a smooth transformation.
