NATO International Staff (NATO IS) is seeking an Officer, Business Management Systems to support and administer the ERP environment, primarily Oracle E-Business Suite. You will serve as system administrator, business analyst, tester, and trainer to ensure smooth operation and evolution of the ERP system.

The incumbent deputises the Head BMS when required and collaborates with IS divisions to deliver finance and procurement processes for the civil budget.

Qualifications

• University Degree in management information systems, operations research, economics, accounting, business process engineering, business administration, public administration, finance, or related discipline.
• At least 2 years of experience with Oracle E-Business Suite applications.
• Experience with security system administration, user monitoring, and release management.
• Knowledge of standard ERP/financial systems and OBIEE or similar tools.
• NATO official languages: Advanced in one and Beginner in the other.

Responsabilités

• Provide first-line support for Oracle E-Business Suite and related interfaces.
• Drive improvements in business processes and standards within the ERP ecosystem.
• Support ERP project planning, execution, and change management efforts.
• Assist in evaluating ERP progress and report to stakeholders.
