NATO invites a seasoned Oracle E-Business Suite Financials specialist to join the Business Applications Centre. You will deliver deep functional expertise in EBS 12.2 Financials, resolve complex incidents, gather requirements, and shape how reporting and changes keep NATO’s public-sector accounting precise and compliant.

The role focuses on 2nd/3rd-line support, requirements gathering, and delivering end-to-end changes with strong customer focus, in a hybrid setup with on-site and remote

Qualifications

• 10+ years of hands-on functional experience with Oracle EBS Financials 12.2.x.
• Deep knowledge of GL, AP, AR, Cash Management, SLA, Fixed Assets and Purchasing.
• Experience with public-sector accounting, budgeting, encumbrances and accruals.
• Fluent professional English and strong customer-service orientation.

Responsabilités

• Provide 2nd- and 3rd-line functional support for Oracle EBS Financials within SLA.
• Own incident, problem and service-request resolution; coordinate with vendors as needed.
• Gather, analyse, design and document new requirements and change requests.
• Produce functional/technical designs, specifications and effort estimates.
