NATO OFC in Brussels seeks an ERP Analyst to provide expert advice and first-line support for Oracle E-Business Suite. The role includes system administration, business analysis, testing and training to support ERP operations.

The incumbent deputises the Head BMS as needed and collaborates with IS and finance teams to evolve master data and processes. The successful candidate will have a university degree and at least two years of Oracle EBS experience, with strong ERP knowledge and language

Qualifications

• University degree in management information systems or related field.
• At least 2 years of experience with Oracle E-Business Suite.
• Experience with security, user monitoring, and release management.
• Strong knowledge of ERP/financial systems and reporting tools (e.g. OBIEE).
• Advanced in one NATO official language and beginner in the other.

Responsabilités

• Provide first line support to the user community and maintain ERP master data.
• Act as system administrator, business analyst, tester and trainer as needed.
• Plan, execute and coordinate ERP-related change initiatives and projects.
• Collaborate with IT and finance teams to improve processes and security.
