NATO in Belgium is seeking a senior Oracle EBS Financials specialist to provide 2nd- and 3rd-line functional support within the EBS Financials suite 12.2.x. You’ll own incidents, design changes, and ensure delivery of reporting and change that keeps public-sector accounting sharp.

You’ll work in a hybrid setup with around 40% on-site in Braine-l'Alleud, leveraging your deep expertise across GL, AP, AR, Cash Management, and Fixed Assets to drive results and train users on best practices.

Qualifications

• 10+ years as a functional expert in Oracle EBS Financials 12.2.x.
• Deep across General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Cash Management, Sub-Ledger Accounting and Fixed Assets, plus Purchasing.
• Budget, encumbrance and accrual accounting; public-sector accounting experience.
• Strong problem-solving and a genuine customer-service instinct.
• Fluent professional English.

Responsabilités

• Provide 2nd- and 3rd-line functional support across Oracle EBS Financials, within SLA.
• Own incident, problem and service-request resolution; escalate to vendor and follow through.
• Gather, analyse, design and document new requirements and change requests.
• Produce functional/technical designs, specifications and effort estimates.
• Run full-lifecycle testing ahead of user acceptance.
• Build the knowledge base and train users on Oracle EBS best practice.

NATO runs its finances on Oracle E-Business Suite, and the team that keeps that engine running needs a seasoned Oracle EBS Financials specialist. Sitting inside the NATO Business Applications Centre, you'll be the Level-3 expert the service leans on when something complex needs solving, and the person who shapes what comes next.

This is deep functional work on EBS 12.2 Financials. You'll resolve the incidents that others can't, gather and design new requirements, and deliver the reporting and change that keeps NATO's public-sector accounting sharp.
