Merittas is seeking an Equity Partner to lead its Transaction Services platform in Belgium. The role involves originating and leading major client opportunities, developing senior client relationships, and mentoring teams within an internationally connected practice.

The successful candidate will drive growth across cross-border transactions, expand existing accounts, and contribute to the continued expansion of the Belgian business, with strong exposure to private equity and corporate clients.

We are working with a rapidly expanding global accounting, advisory and professional services organisation on the appointment of an Equity Partner – Transaction Services in Belgium.

The firm is continuing to invest significantly in its Belgian platform and is looking to strengthen its senior leadership team within Transaction Services.

There are several opportunities within the practice, and the firm is open to individuals with different sector backgrounds, including:

• Broader cross-sector Transaction Services experience

The priority is to identify high-quality senior professionals with strong client credibility, commercial ambition and the ability to build and develop a business.
