Job summary

Cegeka is seeking an EHR Consultant with affinity for hospital patient administration processes to implement and optimize the KWS clinical workstation at healthcare institutions. You will collaborate with customers, guide end-to-end KWS deployments, provide training, and produce clear documentation while aligning with predefined project plans.

The role supports hybrid work arrangements, including travel to Belgian healthcare sites.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or master's degree in a relevant field.
• Fluency in French and English or Dutch.
• Knowledge of the healthcare sector and patient flows.
• Affinity for IT and IT-enabled processes.
• Experience with software implementations or project-based work.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Willingness to travel to Wallonia.

• Support the configuration and implementation of KWS, considering end-to-end processes and end-user needs.
• Guide and manage the implementation of KWS in collaboration with colleagues and the customer.
• Deliver training using a train-the-trainer approach.
• Create and maintain documentation and communicate changes to customers and colleagues.

• Experience in consulting roles is a plus, including conceptual thinking and the ability to understand the customer's context and business processes.

• Living in Wallonia or willing to travel there is an advantage.
