Job summary

De Smet Engineers & Contractors (DSEC) is seeking a Procurement Officer to manage procurement on EPC and EPCM projects, overseeing sourcing, tendering and supplier negotiations throughout the project lifecycle.

You will collaborate with Engineering, Project Management and Construction teams to ensure procurement activities align with schedules and budget, while administering ERP-based purchase orders and documentation across projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Procurement, Business Administration or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Procurement Execution: manage requisition to PO award; prepare and issue Call for Tenders; coordinate tendering with engineering and project teams; evaluate offers and participate in clarifications; conduct negotiations; prepare bid evaluations; issue POs and subcontract agreements; ensure alignment with schedules and budgets.
