Job summary

Medpace Leuven is seeking a full-time Site Contract Specialist to manage the life cycle of Clinical Site Agreements for global studies. You will draft, review, negotiate, and finalize CSA and related site contracts, acting as the country SME on CSA strategy, timelines, and risk assessment.

Working within our Sites Contracts Team, you will collaborate with internal departments, ensure alignment with startup timelines, and stay current with local regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree, preferably in Law or Sciences.
• 1+ year of relevant work experience; preferred but not required.
• Prior contract negotiation experience preferred but not required.
• Ability to work in a team and independently.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Strong Dutch and English written and spoken communication; French is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Draft, review, negotiate, and finalize Clinical Site Agreements or site-specific legal agreements.
• Act as country SME for CSA strategy, timelines and expectations.
• Negotiate within client-approved templates and parameters.
• Build strong site/external stakeholder relationships to accelerate negotiations.
• Identify legal, financial, and operational risks and escalate.
• Provide recommendations and alternative resolutions during negotiations.
• Coordinate with internal departments to align startup activities with contracts and timelines.
• Keep up to date with local regulations impacting contracts.
