Medpace is seeking a full-time, office-based Associate Director to join our Commercial Operations team in Leuven. You will work with a cross-functional group to manage bids, pricing strategies, and contract performance on sponsor projects, contributing to the company’s growth.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting or Health and Life Sciences and at least seven years' experience in clinical research or contract management/pricing, with strong Excel and

Qualifications

• 7 years of experience in the conduct of clinical research and/or contract management/pricing.
• Strong working knowledge of financial and accounting processes.
• Basic knowledge of medical terminology and working knowledge of drug development services.
• Excellent analytical, as well as written and oral communication, skills.
• Excellent computer skills with a strong knowledge of Excel.
• Past supervisory experience preferred.
