TMC is a global high-tech consultancy empowering clients to meet their technological challenges. As an Employeneur, you will lead your own venture within the TMC ecosystem and drive growth in the logistics and supply chain space.

You will recruit engineers, build a strong client portfolio, and collaborate with HRBP to place the best talent. You’ll manage budgets and negotiate contracts, while benefiting from a dynamic, entrepreneurial team and supportive leadership.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in a relevant field (Business, Economics, Management or Engineering).
• First experience in business management; strong openness to graduates.
• Fluent in Dutch, French and English; strong communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Create and develop your own entity in the logistics & supply chain industry.
• Develop and manage your customer portfolio in the logistics & supply chain industry.
• Identify and recruit engineers who will join your team in collaboration with HRBP.
• Manage your team of consultants, including career management, monitoring and coaching.
• Oversee budget and finances related to contract negotiations and salary proposals.
