Devoteam Belgium is seeking an experienced Microsoft Business Developer to drive strategic enterprise deals and deliver holistic, value-driven solutions aligned with clients’ long-term goals. You will engage senior decision-makers across large organisations.

You will navigate Belgium’s enterprise landscape, articulate the business value of the Microsoft ecosystem (Azure, M365, Power Platform) and guide AI journeys from foundational infrastructure to Copilot adoption, ensuring measurable impact.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in Enterprise B2B sales with multi-level engagements.
• Deep knowledge of Microsoft Cloud (Azure, M365, Power Platform) and Data & AI.
• Ability to qualify high-impact AI use cases and Copilot integration.
• Strong Belgian enterprise network is a major asset.
• Fluent in Dutch, French and English.

Responsabilités

• Lead complex, multi-level sales cycles from strategic planning to adoption.
• Articulate business value of Microsoft ecosystem focusing on Data & AI, security, and cloud integration.
• Build and nurture C-level relationships with Belgium's largest enterprises.
• Collaborate with technical teams to tailor bespoke Azure, M365 and Power Platform solutions.
