Accenture Belgium seeks an Enterprise AI Value Strategist to advise on AI and data strategy, shape operating models, and lead large-scale transformations. You will translate data into actionable insights, engage senior stakeholders, and drive measurable business outcomes through AI initiatives.

The role emphasizes building value cases, roadmaps, and responsible AI integration, with a focus on growth and competitive advantage across industries.

Qualifications

• AI & Data experience — including solutioning, designing, or delivering AI & Data projects.
• High-value consulting experience, including large-scale delivery with minimal oversight.
• Experience in managing senior stakeholders and leading workstreams.
• Engineering mindset — applying technology creatively to business problems.
• Strong program management and verbal and written communication skills.
• Driven and entrepreneurial: origin and shape new deals and GTM activities.
• Excellent leadership and people skills; ability to build teams and relationships.

• Shape vision and create opportunities for data & AI led business reinvention.
• Define and structure data and AI strategy to leverage assets for growth.
• Assess AI maturity and define building blocks for an AI-first organization.
• Create business cases, roadmaps and investment profiles.
• Infuse Responsible AI and plan ecosystem partnerships and operating model.
• Identify people, processes and technologies to operationalize AI solutions.
• Develop strategy for AI-first products and commercialization opportunities.
