Capgemini's Blue Harvest unit seeks an AI Engineering Lead in Belgium to drive AI/ML architectures across domains. You will guide senior engineers, design LLM-driven systems, data platforms, and cloud infrastructure while collaborating with clients at executive levels.

The role emphasizes hands-on technical authority, prototyping critical components, and shaping market propositions, with a focus on delivering enterprise-grade AI-enabled solutions.

Qualifications

• Proven hands-on experience with LLMs, RAG architectures, agentic workflows, and production AI systems.
• Strong leadership capabilities and ability to guide senior engineers and tech leads.
• Experience in positioning technology as business value with consulting exposure is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Own the technical vision for enterprise AI/ML solutions across domains.
• Design ai-native architectures including LLM-driven systems and cloud infra.
• Review designs, prototype components, and unblock teams when needed.
• Mentor and lead senior engineers and tech leads to raise engineering maturity.
• Partner with clients at architect/executive level to translate strategy into roadmaps.
• Identify opportunities for AI-driven differentiation and shape proposals.
• Contribute to internal/external visibility through thought leadership and standards.
• Foster a culture of ownership and continuous improvement across teams.
