CES is seeking a Specialist Engineer for its Asse and Tielt-Winge branches. You will lead design and execution of technical installations, coordinating with project managers and other engineers to ensure quality, timing and budget adherence.

You will design HVAC, electrical and plumbing layouts, prepare cost estimates, and integrate multiple systems for optimal results. Strong English plus Dutch/French beneficial, with a hands-on, team-oriented mindset.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electromechanics, Engineering (installation technology or construction) or equivalent through experience.

CES is a family-driven engineering office with over 70 specialists, spread across 4 offices. To strengthen our team, we’re looking for a specialist engineer for our branches in Asse and Tielt-Winge.

• You hold a Bachelor’s degree in Electromechanics, Engineering (installation technology or construction), or have built up equivalent expertise through experience.

Your responsibilities

Following a thorough onboarding, you take ownership of projects from design to execution, ensuring they run smoothly in terms of quality, timing and budget.

• You study and execute projects within the agreed timelines and budgets.
• You design and dimension technical installations (HVAC, electrical and plumbing) in close collaboration with the project manager, the design project leader and other engineers.
• You prepare cost estimates for the facilities under consideration.
• You coordinate the integration of various specialist systems to ensure an optimal result.
• You take part in meetings with architects, clients and project managers.
• You supervise projects on site during the construction phase.
• You represent CES in a professional way towards clients and partners.
• You build and maintain strong relationships with clients, architects and contractors.
• You contribute to the internal growth and knowledge sharing within CES.
• You keep your technical knowledge up to date through relevant training
