CES is seeking a Specialist Engineer for its Asse and Tielt-Winge branches. You will lead design and execution of technical installations, coordinating with project managers and other engineers to ensure quality, timing and budget adherence.

You will design HVAC, electrical and plumbing layouts, prepare cost estimates, and integrate multiple systems for optimal results. Strong English plus Dutch/French beneficial, with a hands-on, team-oriented mindset.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electromechanics, Engineering (installation technology or construction) or equivalent through experience.
• Interest in innovation, rational energy use and sustainable construction.
• Driven by innovative, sustainable, tailored technical solutions.
• Structured work approach, reliability and accountability.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Eagerness to stay updated with developments in the field.
• Strong communication and understanding of project economics.
• Familiarity with project phases and how they connect.
• Good time management and deadline discipline.
• Proficiency with MS Office suite.
• Knowledge of English is a must; Dutch/French a plus.
• Experience with AutoCAD or Revit is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Study and execute projects within agreed timelines and budgets.
• Design and dimension technical installations (HVAC, electrical, plumbing) with the project manager and engineers.
• Prepare cost estimates for facilities under consideration.
• Coordinate integration of various specialist systems for an optimal result.
• Attend meetings with architects, clients and project managers.
• Supervise projects on site during construction.
• Represent CES professionally toward clients and partners.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients, architects and contractors.
• Contribute to internal growth and knowledge sharing within CES.
• Keep technical knowledge up to date through relevant training.
