CIT Blaton is seeking a Sustainability Advisor to integrate ESG principles across our operations and reporting. You will work with the Sustainability Engineer and report to the Process & Innovation Director to drive environmental initiatives in a construction context.
Responsibilities include shaping goals, monitoring regulations like CSRD, reducing CO2, and engaging employees through workshops with HR. Fluency in Dutch and French is expected; autonomy and pragmatic mindset are essential.

The Sustainability Advisor helps our group operate sustainably and actively contributes to the environmental strategy, in accordance with the standards and applicable sector regulations.
He/she ensures that ESG principles are implemented in all processes, places the sustainability theme high on the agenda, and thereby creates a dynamic that becomes part of the corporate culture.
The Sustainability Advisor works closely with the Sustainability Engineer and reports to the Process & Innovation Director.
