Thales Belgium, Herstal site, seeks an Engineering Tools Manager to lead the functional management of the engineering tool landscape and to accelerate digital transformation across the product lifecycle.

You will collaborate with Engineering, IS/IT and Thales groups to standardize tools, support MB Design, V-cycle and Agile methods, and enable efficient development through automation and CI/CD practices.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, IT or a related technical field.
• Experience in an R&D or industrial Engineering environment with engineering tools deployment or support.
• Strong understanding of product development processes and lifecycle.

Responsabilités

• Own the functional Engineering tool landscape and define the tool roadmap.
• Coordinate deployment and configuration of tools to support requirements across the lifecycle.
• Collaborate with IS/IT and cross-site teams to share best practices and standards.
• Drive user adoption, documentation and training for engineering tools.
