Qualifications

• 10+ years of relevant aerospace/defense experience or 8+ years with a Master’s degree.
• Experience across the systems engineering lifecycle.
• Experience leading engineering teams on complex defense or aerospace programs.

• Manage system architecture, interface control, requirements development.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives and process optimization.
