McBride International in Belgium is seeking an experienced IT professional to provide Level 2/3 IdAM and cloud support, maintain Active Directory on premises, and optimize cloud components. The role focuses on investigating operational problems and ensuring high availability.

You'll automate deployments with Terraform or similar tools, develop scripts in Python/Bash/PowerShell, and work with Azure IaaS/PaaS, AD, and monitoring tools to keep the environment secure and responsive.

Job Description

Duties & Role

• Provide Level 2/3 support for IdAM and/or cloud related issues, investigating and resolving operational problems in a timely manner.
• Maintain Active Directory, and provision Web Federation on premises, ensuring high availability and performance.
• Manage and optimize cloud components
• Automate the deployment and management of AWS or Azure resources using Terraform, or similar tools.
• Develop scripts (Python, Bash, PowerShell) to automate routine tasks, such as instance management, backups, and scaling
• Perform other duties, as may be required

Requirements

Technical Qualifications

• Experience with operating enterprise Azure environments (IaaS and PaaS services).
• Experience with Azure VMs, storage accounts, virtual networks, Load Balancers and Azure monitor
• Strong and hands-on experience with Identity Access management (like EntraID on Cloud and Active Directory on premises)
• Knowledge of monitoring and logging tools (CloudWatch, ELK Stack, Prometheus).
• Knowledge of enterprise Directory solutions (like DirX).

Professional Qualifications

• Must have excellent spoken and written English communication and presentation skills, as demonstrated by recent experience (within the past 5 years);
• Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with users, team members and stakeholders
• Must demonstrate the ability and self-motivation to work on his/her own but must also work well within groups as part of a team;
• Must demonstrate an ability and keen sense for problem-solving.
