Sia is seeking senior consultants to lead transformation projects for clients, including intelligent data structuring, analysis, benchmarks and process mapping. You will interview people, facilitate workshops, and develop functional specifications while coaching new hires.

With a strong interest in data and AI, you will collaborate across industries in a fast-growing firm that values responsibility and growth. International assignments may be required.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Civil or Commercial Engineering.
• 3–6 years of consultancy experience.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills.
• Interest in energy sector and data/AI topics.
• Willingness to travel abroad (France and The Netherlands)

Responsabilités

• Work on transformation projects for clients, leading data structuring and analysis.
• Conduct benchmarks, people interviews and workshop facilitation.

As a business consultant, you will be involved in transformation projects at our clients. You will execute project assignments, including intelligent data structuring, data analysis, benchmarks, people interviews, workshop animation, process mapping, functional specifications, etc. As fast as possible, you will take up team support roles by coaching new hires and juniors. You will get the opportunity to contribute actively to our knowledge creation and exchange (workshops, publications, seminars,…) within the business units of the different industries we serve.

Qualifications

• University Master Civil Engineer or Commercial Engineer


• 3 to 6 years experience as a consultant


• Outstanding collaborative team player and good communication skills


• Strong interest in the energy sector


• Analytical mind, exploring options and able to synthesize into conclusions


• Autonomous, dynamic, result oriented, rigorous and committed


• You have a strong interest in data and AI-related topics, the ability to quickly build expertise in these areas, and you’re excited about helping our clients seize the opportunities they offer.


• Languages: Trilingual French, Dutch and English. Dutch is a must.


• Prepared to participate in temporary assignments abroad (e.g. France and The Netherlands)
