Sogeti Belgium, part of Capgemini, seeks a Business Analyst in the Energy & Utilities sector to bridge business needs and technology, ensuring successful project delivery.

You will gather requirements, map processes, and analyze data while collaborating with IT and stakeholders to validate solutions. Fluency in English and Dutch or French is preferred, with a strong analytical mindset and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Business Analyst or Functional Analyst in Energy & Utilities.
• Strong knowledge of Belgian Energy Market, Distribution Grid Operators, Energy supply chain, Regulations and Energy Transition (e.g., MIG6, GDPR, CREG).
• Proficiency with business analysis techniques and tools such as UML or BPMN; exceptional analytical and communication skills with stakeholders.

• Use data to understand market processes and root causes for unexpected results.
• Analyze and map business processes to identify optimization opportunities.
• Collaborate with IT teams to design technology solutions aligned with business goals.
