Qualifications

• Bachelor's or master's degree in CS, BA, or related field.
• Proven experience as a BA or Functional Analyst in Energy & Utilities.
• Knowledge of the Belgian energy market, regulatory framework and energy transition.

Responsibilities

• Gather requirements directly from the field via interviews, workshops, and user stories.
• Analyze data to understand business processes and trace issues to root causes.
• Map existing processes to identify optimization opportunities.
• Collaborate with IT teams to build technology solutions aligned with business goals.
• Bridge stakeholders to ensure buy-in around proposed solutions.
• Contribute to testing and validation through go-live.
