Job summary

Avertim invites you to join our Energy & Transport practice as a Business Analyst. You will work with multidisciplinary teams to translate business challenges into clear requirements, user stories, and actionable solutions across process improvement, digitalisation, and system implementation.

With a Master’s degree and 3–7 years of experience, you will structure complex information, facilitate workshops, and partner with stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Business, Economics, Engineering, IT or related field.
• 3–7 years of experience as a Business Analyst, Consultant or similar analytical role.
• Ability to structure complex information and deliver practical recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Partner with stakeholders to understand objectives, challenges, priorities and outcomes.
• Translate needs into clear requirements, process descriptions, user stories or deliverables.
• Map current and future processes and identify opportunities to improve efficiency and standardise ways of working.
• Assess impact of proposed solutions on processes, teams, data and systems.
• Act as link between business, operations and technical teams and facilit ate understanding.
• Support solution design, implementation, testing, change and adoption activities.
• Prepare analyses, recommendations, reports and presentations for project governance.
