Sibelga is seeking an IT Functional & Test Analyst to strengthen its Energy Transition team. The role focuses on analyzing business needs, defining IT solutions, and coordinating end-to-end testing across business, QA, and development teams. Strong expertise in UML, modelling tools and Jira is required.

Qualifications

• Proven experience coordinating testing across business, analysts, developers and project managers.
• ISTQB certified.
• Experience using Jira for test management and tracking.
• Strong requirements analysis and E2E testing experience.
• Knowledge of energy market regulation MIG/UMIG processes.
• Experience with modelling tools and XML validation.

Responsabilités

• Participate in evolution of applications; analyze business needs and run workshops to reach consensus.
• Define solutions aligned with IT architecture; validate with business and document in a functional design.
• Lead needs and functional analysis using UML and Enterprise Architect; verify technical solutions.
• Ensure quality of deliverables; lead test phases and contribute to implementation; maintain docs.
• Coordinate, develop and execute test plans to ensure high-quality applications.
• Manage applications together with developers and support incident/problem resolution as second line.
• Evaluate, analyze and document bugs; follow up on resolutions.
