ITS Group is seeking a Functional & Test Analyst to support the evolution of business applications within the energy sector. You will analyze requirements, design solutions, coordinate testing, ensure quality, and collaborate with business stakeholders and development teams throughout the lifecycle.

The role requires 5+ years of experience, ISTQB certification, and comfort with MIG/UMIG processes. On-site in Brussels, fluency in FR/ENG or NL/ENG is preferred, with substantial onsite presence

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Functional Analyst
• Proven experience in requirements analysis
• Functional design experience

Responsabilités

• Analyze business requirements and needs.
• Facilitate discussions and workshops with stakeholders.
• Propose and validate functional solutions with the business.
• Define solutions aligned with IT architecture and end-to-end landscape.
• Act as liaison between business teams and development partners.
• Produce and maintain functional analysis and design documentation.
• Coordinate testing activities and participate in implementation.
