• Proven experience with energy market regulation MIG/UMIG processes.
• Proven experience with XML/message validation.
• Proven experience with the scrum methodology.

Responsabilités

• Analyze business needs and conduct discussions/workshops to reach consensus.
• Define solutions in line with IT architecture and document them in a functional design.
• Lead needs and functional analysis using UML and Enterprise Architect; validate solutions with partners.
• Control the quality of development deliveries; participate in test phases and keep reference documentation.
• Coordinate, develop and execute test plans to ensure high-quality applications.
• Manage the applications together with developers and oversee incident resolution as second line.
