EngiFlex in Belgium is seeking a Functional & Test Analyst to drive the evolution of energy-transition applications, including customer-facing solutions and data-hub interfaces. You will gather needs, define functional options, translate requirements, and coordinate end-to-end testing across teams in a Scrum setting, ensuring quality and regulatory alignment.

You will work with Jira, SQL, XML validation, and Enterprise Architect, while coordinating stakeholders and developers to deliver robust

Qualifications

• Experience as a Functional Analyst with testing and end-to-end quality assurance.
• Fluent in French or Dutch with knowledge of the other national language.
• ISTQB certification holder.
• Proven experience coordinating testing across business stakeholders, analysts, developers and PMs.
• Skilled in designing and executing test scenarios and coordinating tests across phases.
• Strong requirements analysis and incident/problem analysis abilities.
• Familiar with Jira, SQL queries and XML/message validation.
• Knowledge of energy market regulations MIG/UMIG and Scrum.

Responsabilités

• Gather and analyze business needs, lead discussions and workshops.
• Define functional options aligned with IT architecture and validate with business.
• Translate requirements into clear functional analyses and design docs.
• Follow the development lifecycle with needs and functional analyses using UML/EA.
• Review proposed technical solutions and monitor quality of deliverables.
• Coordinate, prepare and execute end-to-end test plans and scenarios.
• Coordinate testing across business teams, analysts, developers and PMs.
• Ensure production-ready quality and maintain reference documentation.
• Support incident and problem management as second-line support with Jira/SQL.
• Work in a Scrum environment considering MIG/UMIG energy-market processes.
