Job summary

Bolt in Brussels is seeking an Energy & Finance Controller to own gross margin analysis, pricing controls and regulatory reporting within the Finance team.

You will manage pricing setting, gross margin reporting, and budgeting support, acting as the SPOC for performance metrics and dashboards while collaborating across departments.

You will communicate with leadership in Dutch or French and English, contributing to a transparent energy market in Belgium. Hybrid work in Brussels offered.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of experience in a reporting or controlling role.
• Experience in energy or regulated markets is a plus.
• Strong data analysis and dashboarding skills.

Responsibilities

• Own gross margin analysis and reporting across levels.
• Oversee pricing calculations, hedging follow-up and price positioning.
• Coordinate budgeting and variance analysis with the finance team.
• Maintain KPI dashboards and respond to leadership requests.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory reporting and related filings.
