Job summary

Watt Matters is expanding its business development team to drive energy efficiency projects in large-scale buildings within the Brussels region. The role focuses on securing agreements with property managers (syndics) and presenting two commercial models: third-party investor and solution provider.

You will build pipelines, run proactive outreach, and collaborate with internal teams to tailor technical and financial proposals.

Qualifications

• Solid understanding of energy transition and building energy systems.
• Experience in hunting and farming sales activities is welcome.
• Ability to build business cases and present to stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Identify and qualify sales opportunities in large-scale buildings.
• Develop and execute sales strategies targeting property managers.
• Present commercial models (third-party investor or solution provider).
• Collaborate with internal teams and act as intrapreneur to drive deals.
• Prepare solid business cases addressing tech, engineering and financial needs.
