Job summary

Watt Matters is seeking a Tendering Coordinator – Building Techniques / HVAC / Renewable Energies in the Brussels region to join its engineering and finance teams. You will design technical and financing solutions for energy installations and lead the quotation process in a presales setting.

As a coordinator, you will collaborate with internal departments, prepare business cases, and support the sales team to deliver competitive offers. French and English fluency are essential.

Qualifications

• Relevant technical degree (master’s preferred).
• Experience with HVAC installations and energy systems.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop technical solutions for energy systems.
• Coordinate detailed engineering activities and pricing analyses.
• Manage quotations and the bid process in presales.
• Act as the single point of contact between engineering and sales.
• Prepare solid business cases for client proposals.
• Support sales during the sales cycle and client meetings.
• Develop reports and monthly forecasts using CRM tools.
