Ogilvy Social Lab in Belgium is seeking a Content Creator to push the boundaries of social-first storytelling. You will become a full-stack maker, scripting, shooting, editing, and delivering high-quality content with autonomy.

Collaborate with Strategy/Intelligence to spot cultural trends and shape content for our agency’s own channels and client work. You will shape how Ogilvy Social Lab presents itself to the industry, driving creative excellence while staying ahead of trends and maintaining

Qualifications

• Native Dutch language required; English working knowledge
• Creativity and originality aligned with Ogilvy Social Lab
• Effective teamwork and communication within the creative team
• Curiosity for current trends in digital culture and advertising
• Insight into human behavior and audience motivation
• Strong sense of color and form for visual/creative input
• Ability to work under pressure and tight deadlines
• Interest in exploring industry award annuals for inspiration
• Desire to learn and upskill continuously
• Conceptualization for brave, world-class ideas

Responsabilités

• End-to-End Content Production (A to Z) — own ideas from spark to final execution
• The Maker Mentality — script, shoot, edit, and deliver content independently
• Collaborate with a team of content producers and creatives
• On-Set Execution — direct shoots for larger-budget productions
• End-to-End Ownership — manage smaller projects from concept to delivery
• Define and roll out a distinct internal/external content strategy for Ogilvy Social Lab
• Lead producer across all of Ogilvy Social Lab’s own social channels
• Create engaging content around award-winning work, culture, events, and talent initiatives
• Monitor global content trends and competitive activity to stay ahead
• Ensure content aligns with clients’ business goals and drives real results
• Be the guardian of content quality across outputs
