++addmore, a Belgian startup launch, marketing and design studio, is seeking a content creator to own day-to-day content and community. You’ll turn ideas, projects and people into engaging formats, shoot and edit short-form video, and collaborate with founders to build personal brands.

You’ll work closely with marketing, design and founders, producing content for launches, campaigns and client projects. A portfolio demonstrating strong storytelling and video skills is essential.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of relevant experience in content, video or social media.
• Portfolio showing work you’ve created is essential.
• Interest in startups, technology and people building new things.

Responsabilités

• Own ++addmore’s content from idea to publish.
• Turn work, opinions, projects and people into strong content formats.
• Put the team, founders and clients in front of the camera and ensure they look and sound good.
• Develop concepts, hooks, series and recurring formats.
• Shoot and edit short-form video yourself.
• Capture behind-the-scenes moments during launches, workshops, events and client work.
• Repurpose bigger ideas into content across LinkedIn, Instagram and other channels.
• Manage the ++addmore community: comments, replies and conversations.
• Spot trends in the startup and tech ecosystem for opinions.
• Create simple visuals in Figma when needed.
• Collaborate with marketing, design and founders to build personal brands.
• Occasionally create content for clients as part of campaigns.
• Track performance and refine content strategy.
