Ogilvy Social.Lab, based in Belgium, seeks an organised Account Executive to drive day-to-day client work across international and local campaigns. You will collaborate with our global network and own project management from planning to delivery.

Qualifications

• Experience in an advertising agency is a must.
• Strong project management: planning, process, timings, scopes, deadlines, and budget/finance tracking.
• Highly organised and detail-oriented; can manage multiple moving parts.
• Clear communicator with strong presentation skills.
• Self-starter with entrepreneurial flair and ambition for growth.

Responsabilités

• Handle day-to-day running of clients' projects with your Account Manager.
• Own the operational backbone: timings, scopes, status reports, meeting agendas, contact reports, and the finance tracker.
• Coordinate local adaptation of 360° international campaigns with partner agencies and local teams.
• Support origination projects for local and international brands across creative, strategy and production.
• Develop presentation materials for client meetings, events and wrap-up reports.
• Organise and prepare client and internal meetings and actively participate in conversations.
• Manage smaller projects or parts of larger campaigns, coordinating delivery between client and agency teams.
• Identify risks early and secure the right help to resolve them.
