Elia Group in Brussels is seeking an Expert Asset Performance Analysis to advance EMF, PQ and transient analyses across the transmission network.

You will develop EMF expertise, support project engineers and environmental teams, and contribute to asset management methods with cross‑functional collaboration. Fluent in Dutch/French and English, you will drive high‑quality documentation and stakeholder engagements.

Qualifications

• Degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
• Strong EMF/PQ knowledge with HV experience preferred.
• Ability to coordinate cross‑functional projects and document analyses.

Responsabilités

• Develop EMF expertise and support measurement campaigns.
• Perform EMF calculations for cables and lines.
• Contribute to PQ analyses and transient studies.
• Support asset management governance and indicators.
• Lead cross‑functional projects to improve tools and processes.
