Victaulic Europe B.V. is seeking a Junior Credit Controller to join the Credit Control Team in EMEA, supporting timely payments, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring healthy customer accounts. The role collaborates with Customer Care and Sales to optimize cash flow and process compliance.

You will develop skills in debt collection, reconciliations and reporting, with a clear path to grow in finance within a global piping solutions leader.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication.
• Professional telephone manner.
• Ability to prioritize and manage workload.
• Strong numeracy and attention to detail.
• Proactive, problem-solving attitude.
• Basic accounts receivable/credit control knowledge.
• Excel proficiency and general IT literacy.
• ERP experience desirable.
• Team player with willingness to learn.

Responsibilities

• Chase outstanding debts by phone, email, and letter per policy.
• Allocate incoming payments to customer accounts.
• Maintain up-to-date records of collection activity.
• Follow up on invoice queries with Customer Care.
• Monitor overdue accounts and take proactive action.
• Assist in preparing aged debt reports and KPIs.
• Support reconciliations and account queries.
• Send monthly statements to customers.
• Escalate problem accounts to senior team when needed.
• Ensure compliance with credit control procedures.
• Build and maintain relationships with customers.
